1. Use of Service

Auraic.ai provides AI-powered tools for image editing, generation, background removal, and related creative utilities.

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Upload or generate content that is illegal, obscene, hateful, pornographic, violent, defamatory, or infringing on others' rights.
• Use the Service for deception, impersonation, or spreading misinformation.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, bypass limits, or interfere with platform functionality.

Violations may result in account suspension or permanent ban.

2. Accounts and Access

To use premium features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and all activities under your account.

Auraic.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or misuse the platform.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Auraic.ai offers monthly and yearly subscription plans as displayed on our Pricing page.

• Payments are processed securely via Stripe and Razorpay.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle unless canceled.
• You may cancel anytime; access remains until the end of the billing period.
• No partial refunds are provided for early cancellations.

All prices are listed in USD and subject to change with prior notice.

4. Free Trial and Add-On Credits

Free trial accounts are limited to the number of generations listed on the website. Misuse (e.g., multiple free trials) may result in permanent ban.

Add-on credit packs are one-time purchases and non-refundable once credits are added to your account.

5. Content Rights and Ownership

• You retain ownership of images you upload.
• For AI-generated images, you own the rights to use them for commercial and personal purposes, provided they comply with these Terms.
• Auraic.ai does not claim ownership of your generated content.
• However, by using the Service, you grant us limited rights to process, analyze, and temporarily store your uploads to improve AI models.

We do not sell, share, or reuse your uploaded images for external purposes.

6. Prohibited Content

You must not upload, prompt, or generate:

• Adult or sexually explicit material
• Realistic depictions of violence, gore, or illegal activity
• Political, religious, or hate-based content
• Deepfakes or impersonations of real individuals without consent

Auraic.ai reserves the right to block or delete such content without notice.

7. Data Privacy

Your data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We store images temporarily (typically up to 7 days) for model refinement or troubleshooting unless required for longer retention under legal or technical reasons.

8. Intellectual Property

All AI models, software, designs, and website content are owned by Auraic Inc. or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit the Service without explicit written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Auraic.ai is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or perfect output results.

Auraic.ai shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Service.
